What is a Floater Fund?

0% of students got this wrong

EXPLANATION

A Floater Fund must invest minimum 65% of assets in floating rate instruments — bonds where the interest rate is linked to a benchmark rate (like MIBOR or repo rate) and resets periodically. Since rates adjust with market rates, these funds have lower interest rate risk than fixed-rate bond funds.
