What happens to exit load proceeds collected from redeeming investors?

EXPLANATION
Exit load proceeds are credited back into the scheme's corpus. This benefits remaining unit holders (who don't redeem prematurely) by slightly increasing the scheme's NAV. The AMC cannot retain exit load as its own revenue — it is a scheme-level mechanism to protect long-term investors.
