What is the AMFI's 'ARN Cancellation' process and when can it be initiated?

EXPLANATION
AMFI has the authority to cancel an ARN in cases of: serious violation of the Code of Conduct, non-renewal of ARN post expiry, failure to complete CPE for renewal, or at SEBI's direction following disciplinary proceedings. A cancelled ARN holder cannot solicit or process mutual fund transactions.
