An investor's complaint is not resolved by the AMC within 30 days. What should the investor do next?

EXPLANATION
If the AMC fails to resolve the complaint satisfactorily within 30 days, the investor should escalate to SEBI SCORES (sebi.gov.in/sebiweb/other/OtherAction.do?doRecognised=yes). SEBI then monitors the resolution and can take action against the AMC if it remains unresolved.
