What is the 'B-30' incentive for mutual fund distributors?

EXPLANATION
SEBI introduced B-30 incentives to encourage mutual fund penetration in smaller cities (beyond the top 30 cities by AUM). Distributors who mobilise investments from B-30 locations receive an additional 30 basis points of trail commission, funded by an additional 30 bps allowed in the TER for such inflows.
