What is Net Asset Value (NAV) of a mutual fund scheme?
0% of students got this wrong
EXPLANATION
NAV = (Total Assets − Total Liabilities) / Number of Units Outstanding. It represents the per-unit fair market value of the scheme at any point in time. NAV changes daily as portfolio securities are marked to market. All unit purchases and redemptions in open-ended schemes occur at NAV-based prices.
