What is a 'dynamic asset allocation fund' (also called balanced advantage fund)?

0% of students got this wrong

EXPLANATION

A dynamic asset allocation fund (balanced advantage fund) manages equity and debt allocation dynamically based on market conditions — valuation models, momentum indicators, or other parameters — without a fixed minimum/maximum equity constraint. When markets are expensive, equity reduces; when cheap, equity increases. It is one of the most popular hybrid categories.
