What is 'inter-scheme transfer' of securities in mutual funds?
0% of students got this wrong
EXPLANATION
Inter-scheme transfers involve one scheme selling securities directly to another scheme within the same AMC (without going through the open market). SEBI permits this subject to conditions: the transfer must be at market price, be in the interest of both schemes' unit holders, and not be used to artificially prop up or depress valuations.
