What is the difference between 'Nifty 50 Index Fund' and 'Nifty 50 ETF'?
0% of students got this wrong
EXPLANATION
Both track the Nifty 50 with the same portfolio. The difference is the investment mechanism: index fund units are bought/redeemed directly with the AMC at end-of-day NAV (no demat required); ETF units trade on stock exchanges throughout the day at market prices (demat account required). ETFs typically have lower TER but require a broker.
