What is the KIM's Riskometer and what are its risk levels?

EXPLANATION
The Riskometer is a SEBI-mandated standardised visual risk indicator that displays a scheme's overall risk on a 6-level scale: Low, Low to Moderate, Moderate, Moderately High, High, and Very High. It must be prominently displayed on the SID, KIM, account statements, and all marketing materials.
