EXPLANATION
The SAI contains information common to all schemes of an AMC — details of the sponsor, trustees, AMC, custodian, RTA, investor rights and services, investor grievance redressal, taxation, and legal information. It is incorporated by reference into each scheme's SID and together they form the offer document.
