These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Passlane platform. Passlane is a brand operated by Tectonic Edusystems Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with the Registrar of Companies, Delhi ("Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using passlane.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Passlane. By using the platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are using the platform for lawful purposes only.

2. Platform Description

Passlane is an online exam preparation platform for NISM (National Institute of Securities Markets) and related BFSI certifications. The platform provides practice questions, mock tests, performance analytics, and study tools to help aspirants prepare for their certification exams.

Passlane is an independent preparation tool. Tectonic Edusystems Private Limited is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to NISM, AMFI, SEBI, IRDAI, or any regulatory body. Passing the certification exam remains subject to the standards set by the relevant regulatory authority.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@passlane.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4. Paid Access & Subscriptions

Certain features on Passlane require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Access to paid content is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation. Subscription periods begin on the date of purchase and are non-transferable.

5. PL Coins (Platform Credits)

Passlane offers a virtual credit system called PL Coins. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. Unused coins expire 6 months from the date of purchase. Expiry reminders are sent 30 days in advance via email.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Passlane — including questions, explanations, UI elements, branding, and software — is the intellectual property of Tectonic Edusystems Private Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

Questions on the platform are original compositions aligned to publicly available NISM syllabi. They are not sourced from or affiliated with NISM's official question banks.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Share, resell, or redistribute platform content or account access
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract questions or data
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
• Impersonate another person or entity

Violation of these Terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Passlane is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Tectonic Edusystems Private Limited does not guarantee that use of the platform will result in passing any certification exam. Exam syllabi and passing criteria are determined solely by the relevant regulatory body (NISM/AMFI/IRDAI).

We make reasonable efforts to ensure content accuracy but do not warrant that all questions, answers, or explanations are free from errors. If you identify an inaccuracy, please report it to support@passlane.in.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tectonic Edusystems Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to exam failure, loss of data, or loss of income.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
